Frequently asked questions

Yes, the same return conditions apply to refurbished products as to new products. You can easily register your return via the online return form.

You can see this on the product page, next to the price of the product. Here you will always find the most up-to-date stock status of the product.

You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Contact our customer service om de naam of het adres van je bestelling aan te passen.
