You can use iDEAL, PayPal, Stripe, Skrill, Payoneer and many other payment systems, as well as bank payment, card payment, Android Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.

No, it's free. You can pack your product in its original packaging. Ship your product in an EasyComp Shop box or other sturdy box that you close tightly.

 

Use the shipping label in your mail, print it out and stick it on the box. Don't have a printer? Then write the return number, answer number and your name on the box. Take the box to a postal point near you.

Once we have shipped your order, we will always send the invoice by email as an attachment to your shipping confirmation. You can also download your invoices in your order overview in My EasyComp Shop. Have you just placed the order? Then wait until your order has been shipped. After this you will receive the invoice in the shipping confirmation.

Check if any money has been debited.

 

  • Due to crowds on our payment platform, a payment is sometimes delayed. Have you not received an order confirmation after 1 hour? The fastest way to help you is to contact our customer service. We will then send you the order confirmation.

  • Also check your spam box, sometimes your order confirmation will arrive there.
  • Has no money been debited? Then the payment has not been successful. You can then place your order again. We don't process orders without successful payment, so you don't have to worry about eventually receiving two orders.
