Has no money been debited? Then the payment has not been successful. You can then place your order again. We don't process orders without successful payment, so you don't have to worry about eventually receiving two orders.
Then use our installation service, we will make sure that your new device is ready for use in no time! As a result, you do not have to worry about anything, before we leave we explain to you in a comprehensible language how you can operate all functions and you can use your new product with peace of mind.

With the standard delivery we lift your product just past the front door. Do you opt for our extra (installation) service? Then we lift it to any desired place in the house.

 

Standard delivery to just past your front door

  • We deliver until just past your front door. Do you live in an apartment? Then we lift your device via the stairs to the 4th floor. With the elevator, no floor is too high for us.
  • We are happy to take your old product for you, if it is ready at the threshold.
  • Do you also want us to place the product and place it in the desired place? Then choose the extra delivery service.

 

Delivery with extra (installation) service

For some equipment we offer additional services. Consider, for example, the connection service. We then lift your product to the desired place in the house (also to your attic) and connect it there for you. We take your old product with us from that place. You add this service to your order on the page of your favorite product. When it is very busy, unfortunately not all services are available.

Yes. If you opt for standard shipping, you will simply get your package delivered to your home.

We do everything we can to make 'ordered today, delivered tomorrow' come true. You will receive a Track & Trace as soon as we have sent your package. In it you will find the current status and delivery time.

This differs per product. You can select the additional services on the page of your chosen product.

Unfortunately, at times when it is very busy, not all installation services are always available.

For the time being, this service is only reserved for customers within Zeeland. Keep an eye on our blog to be notified when, we expand our service area.
