Make product ready for return

You can only return these products if they are in the original unopened packaging, so all seals and foils intact.

No, it's free. You can pack your product in its original packaging. Ship your product in an EasyComp Shop box or other sturdy box that you close tightly.

Use the shipping label in your mail, print it out and stick it on the box. Don't have a printer? Then write the return number, answer number and your name on the box. Take the box to a postal point near you.

We will send you your shipping label by mail, within one hour after you have registered your return or repair. Print it out and stick it on the box.

No printer? Then write the return number, answer number and your name on a separate note and stick it on the box.

Use a sturdy packaging, preferably the original one. That way, the chance of damage is as small as possible and we may be able to make someone else happy with it. Do you no longer have the original packaging at home? No problem, we look at the condition of your returned product and determine what the depreciation is based on it.
