Return status

As soon as we receive your product, we will send your new product. The next day you have it in the house. Is your new product out of stock? Then we will let you know and you will get your money back.

Once we have processed your return, we will refund you within 30 working days. How quickly you have the money in your account depends on your payment method.

 

It may be that you get your money back in several parts. This can be due to two things:

  1. You have paid the amount or part of it with a gift card or a voucher. You will then receive that amount back in the form of shop credit.
  2. You have exchanged a product for another product. In that case, we will refund the purchase value of the first product to the payment method with which you paid first. Did you pay extra for the replacement product? Then you will receive that remaining amount separately refunded.

In your My EasyComp Shop account you can see the status. As soon as we get started with your package, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

 

It is possible that your product has arrived in our warehouse according to your Track & Trace, but that you have not yet received a confirmation of receipt. Don't worry, it can take up to 24 hours before we process your return.
