Delivery problems

How you change the address of a current order depends on the delivery service that delivers your package.

 

1. Delivery by DHL, PostNL or UPS
Haven't received a shipping confirmation yet? Please contact our customer service to change your address. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, you can change your address via 'change delivery' in the Track and Trace of PostNL. If your package is already too far in the delivery process, this is unfortunately no longer possible, not even via customer service. There will then be a notification on your Track and Trace page. You can ask the residents of the wrong address if you can pick up the package there, or ask them to refuse your package. Your order will then be returned to our warehouse and you will receive your money back within 30 days.

 

2. Delivery by EasyComp Zeeland
Contact our customer service to change your address. If your order is already well into the delivery process, the delivery time may also need to be adjusted in the event of a change of address.

Of course, we will solve that for you. Fill in the return form within 5 days, in which you can indicate that your product is damaged and wants a replacement product.

In most cases, we will pick up large and heavy products from you. Returns are free of charge in all cases.

Delivery via DHL

The delivery person will drop off your package at the neighbors. If that does not work, the delivery person will take your package to a DHL collection point near you. Do you know in advance that you are not there? Then you can often choose a different time via DHL.nl before the first delivery attempt.

 

Delivery via PostNL

Der Zusteller wird Ihr Paket bei den Nachbarn abgeben. Wenn das nicht funktioniert, bringt der Zusteller Ihr Paket zu einer PostNL-Sammelstelle in Ihrer Nähe. Wissen Sie im Voraus, dass Sie nicht da sind? Dann können Sie oft vor dem ersten Zustellversuch einen anderen Zeitpunkt über PostNL.nl wählen.

 

UPS Delivery

The delivery person will drop off your package at the neighbors. If that doesn't work, the delivery person will take your package to a UPS AccessPoint near you. Do you know in advance that you are not there? Then you can often choose a different time via UPS.com before the first delivery attempt.

There are a few things you can do.

1. View the Track & Trace of your package

You can find it in your EasyComp Shop account or in your shipping confirmation. Check via this link whether the time indication of the delivery has been shifted.

2. Check the delivery address

Is the delivery address you entered correct? Also check your zip code.

3. Check your mail

Did you receive a 'not at home' message? Then the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the delivery person has scheduled a new delivery time.

Don't know where your package is yet?

Wait a little longer, because maybe your package has been delayed. There is an 80% chance that you will still have your package the next day. Have you not received it after 5 days? Please contact our customer service. We are happy to look for a solution together.
